The Street Family have grown coffee on the Terranova Estate in Zambia since the mid 1980′s. The Estate is located at 4000ft in the upper Kelaya valley near Mazabuka. Strong processing integrity underpins this excellent origin; only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are picked during the harvest. This shows in the cup Characteristics:
Taste notes: Bright blackcurrant acidity with sweet molasses to follow and dark chocolate and liquorice in the aftertaste. An rich decadent cup full of African zing and zest.
We also have a very limited amount of exclusive peaberry from this estate. Aside from one other roaster we are the only stockists of this coffee in South Africa. Please see ‘Microlots‘ for more information on this special coffee.
